Do you need to get in contact with our customer service center?
Only prebooked vitis are accepted, you can no longer visit us without contacting us first by
chat, email or telephone.
Have you applied for an apartment?
At the moment we can not offer you to see the available apartment. If you get an offer on the apartment you have applied for, we will call you. Therefor it is of high importance that you are available by phone. Your decision on wether to say yes or no to the offer will have to be based on information given by phone.
Do you have an errand to our janitor?
To minimize the risk of contagion, we and our contractors have to reduce home visits. We only deal with acute faults (water, heat, sewage, appliances) right now. We also stop all planned surface maintenance, but we’ll complete the work we have started.
If you are unwell with coldsymptoms you must call to cancel all booked meetings wit our customer service center, janitor or entrepreneurs.
